Jennifer Loeb, Executive Director at Ronald McDonald House, Tracy Cook, Executive Director of ProKids and Carrie VanDerzee, CEO of Victorian at Riverside to share their experiences and thoughts on some of these questions:
How they are taking what they've learned from these past months' experiences and building more remote work into the organizational culture.
How they will use the data in this survey to develop performance based compensation as they move into their next fiscal year.
Do their organizations follow a market leading, lagging or matching compensation philosophy, and why.
Best practices for hiring, onboarding, and performance management in this virtual climate.
We encourage attendees to submit questions ahead of time on their registration form. All attendees will have the opportunity to be a part of a smaller breakout room with their peers to talk about what is top of mind within their organizations and get feedback.
Jeff Lucas with Employers Resource Association (ERA), will review the 2020 results and give key
takeaways and themes from the survey. This survey was completed by hundreds of local nonprofits, which results in a valuable tool used to guide nonprofit human capital management strategies.
