CTAA's COVID-19 Policy
For your safety, CTAA has the following COVID-19 policy:

  • all attendees need to present proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test dated no later than Nov. 4;
  • face masks will be required for all indoor meetings unless actively eating/drinking/presenting;
  • as much as possible, we will be offering the opportunity for social distancing in our intensive and workshop sessions.

Mobility Management Unconference
1:30-4:30 p.m.
The unconference is your opportunity to bring forth a topic you'd like to talk about with mobility managers from across the country. As we gather for the morning session, you will propose your topic for a session (we will have a board available for that). You can also email a topic to [email protected] before Tuesday, Nov. 9.

If you propose a session, be prepared to lead it! Sessions can be a facilitated discussion, a presentation, a debate -- basically any format you'd like to suggest.
NCMM staff will allocate the proposals to one of six 40-minute sessions to take place between 1:50 p.m. and 4:10 p.m. Two sessions will run concurrently through three time slots. NCMM may also combine similar sessions. All available sessions will then be posted on a board, and attendees can choose which one they'd like to attend. So start thinking about ideas for sessions you'd like to lead.
There's still time to submit a
Mobility Management Poster.
Do you have an innovative program you'd like to highlight? Submit a poster to display on CTAA's trade show floor. All those whose posters are chosen will receive a $500 stipend to attend EXPO.

Mobility Management Lounge
Once again this year we are happy to host a place for our mobility management attendees to meet colleagues from across the country. It'll be a good opportunity to network, swap strategies, and learn about each other's communities. Posters from the NCMM's 2021 Mobility Management Poster Session will be moved into to the Lounge once the trade show closes.
