  • Set timer for 4 minutes
  • Sit in a comfortable position
  • Close your eyes
  • Breathe in deeply and breathe out deeply
  • When the alarm goes off, get on with your day!



3-Minute Core Workout

  • 1-minute plank
  • 1-minute crunches
  • 1-minute pushups
