The menu for the session will include a
Vegan Tomato Bisque
and a
Tomato Bisque with Cream option
.
This event will be virtual so you can cook along at home in real time and when it is over you will have dinner on the table!
You can also watch Rosemary in action as she teaches you how to prepare the dish while you observe and take notes!

Vegan Tomato Bisque and a Tomato Bisque with Cream option

Grocery List
2 tsps. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped carrots or sweet potato
3/4 cup vegetable stock (low sodium)
1 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
For Vegan Bisque
1/3 cup cooked white beans
For Non-Vegan Bisque
2 oz. light cream cheese
Additional toppings if one desires:
pesto
extra virgin olive oil
crushed red pepper
Non-Vegan Toppings:
sour cream
yogurt
parmesan cheese
