Coming to you from Mission Control! See behind-the-scenes at Good Shepherd and please join us for this last Sunday of Epiphany to talk about transfiguration and hear about our exciting Coffee Hour conversation.

Good Shepherd, just wow! With a few days left until our deadline we have exercised 3,885 miles to IMAGINE a world without hunger in our partnership with Rise Against Hunger. We've exceeded our goal of 2,802 miles! Can we get back across the US? If you haven't entered your miles yet, please do so!

We look forward to worshipping with you Sunday at 10:30 am from Windsor and at 5 pm from the Hill on our website or Facebook pages.

MEET LISA MCMINN, JUNIOR WARDEN
I’ve been a member of Good Shepherd since 2016. On the Vestry since 2019, I previously served on the strategic planning committee and as co-chair of the rector search committee. I also help tend the gardens at The Hill, sing in the choir and am currently co-chair of the gardens and farmer’s market committees.

I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, but have been a Texan since my days at Baylor University and an Austinite since 1992. I was confirmed in the Episcopal church during my junior year at Baylor, and discovered Good Shepherd on the Hill at a Second Saturday Sale in 2016 and joined the church shortly thereafter.

My wife Christy and I have a dog and a cat, who are both spoiled and overfed. I retired from the practice of law but fill my days with gardening, golf and artistic/ home improvement projects.

Meet the new Vestry members and warden here.
