The Carmel Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to start unveiling a new signature initiative, #CarmelRISING, that will serve as a platform comprised of storytelling, community building and the deployment of tools, resources and programming to bolster OUR entire community as we re-emerge from these unprecedented times. In line with the Chamber's mission to serve as a Catalyst Convener, and Champion, #CarmelRISING will amplify all that we do in the months to come. Today, we invite you to join us in paving the way for this initiative to unfold.

We are looking for YOUR rising stories to share on Tuesdays and Thursdays as a start to our #CarmelRISING initiative. Here's what we're looking for:
  • Photos and/or Artwork that tell your CarmelRISING story
  • Stories of Carmel small business resilience & ingenuity
  • Stories of Carmel community solidarity
  • Things you are looking forward to in Carmel in the future!

We'd love for you to use the hashtag on your own social media to communicate Carmel's resilience, letting everyone know that we will rise from this time stronger than ever.

As we've said before, we know Carmel will have the greatest comeback story. We will be #CarmelRISING . And we will do it like we have always done, together .

You can find all of our Daily Catalyst updates with business and community resources as well as the current status of local businesses by following this link. Our regular Daily Catalyst will continue on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

"Within a few days the CYC found ourselves given an anonymous DONATION OF 900 CASES of food for us to distribute to nonprofits and schools in need!
CYC has made a promise to itself & the community to do one service project with our youth members every month through its  #LEAD  program in 2020. Our doors may be closed to the children, but our board felt there was no better time for us to come together & find ways to continue serving our community. But never did we imagine that April's project would end up being a partnership that feeds 1,000 FAMILIES!"
