CELEBRATING ARAB AMERICAN HERITAGE MONTH
Here at the library, we are celebrating Arab American Heritage Month in April with several special events.

SAT APR 8, 2pm: Meet a Muslim
Bring an open heart and curiosity to this Q&A with Muslim community member Moina Shaiq

Join the Arab American National Museum in Dearborn, MI, as we take visitors on a live, virtual guided tour of core galleries.

These events are IDEAL RWC and RCPL CARES programs

The Library offers many opportunities to learn about the historical and cultural contributions of Arab Americans all year long. Explore these reading recommendations from Library staff for Adults and for Kids and Teens
ZIP BOOKS IS BACK!
The Library has reintroduced Zip Books, a service for requesting book materials that the Library does not already own. You can use this service to have qualifying books, audiobooks on CD and large print materials shipped directly to you. Enjoy up to three items at a time at your own pace, then return them to the Downtown Library when you are finished. Learn more about this program here. Need to contact our staff about a Zip Book? Send us an email at zipbook@redwoodcity.org.

Zip Books is a statewide project of the California State Library and NorthNet. The Project is funded by the California Library Services Act.
