We will be heading to the 2023 Skills Canada National Competition to showcase and highlight the abundant opportunities available in the RV industry!

What is the Skills Canada National Competition?

The Skills Canada National Competition (SCNC) is the only national, multi-trade and technology competition for students and apprentices in the country. Each year, more than 550 competitors from all regions of Canada come to SCNC to participate in over 40 skilled trade and technology competitions. It is an ideal venue for students to get hands-on experience and learn about the skilled trades sector. 

What can students and teachers expect to see at this event?

At SCNC, thousands of students visit the competition floor and discover the exciting and rewarding careers that are available in the skilled trades through interactive Try-A-Trade® activities by visiting exhibitor booths, and engaging with industry professionals. Join us in #CreatingPossibilities for our country’s youth! School registrations are open and transportation subsidies are available!

How is RV Careers showcased?

With representation from RV retail, wholesale and aftermarket, the RV Careers team of volunteers is dedicated to promoting the diversity of the skills required in many fixed operations roles and in the workforce.

The RV industry has many jobs available for women! Women excel in many roles that are traditionally occupied by men. Through our hands-on activities, we will show them that women can build, design, maintain, repair and sell RVs!
