For too long, efforts to solve California's struggles with housing and homelessness have been short-sighted and disconnected. Now systemic racial injustice, a widening wealth gap, and a shortage of affordable homes are threatening the health and livelihoods of all Californians.
The Roadmap Home proposes a ten-year policy plan that will create the future we all want for California-one where our communities not only are surviving, but also are thriving.
How do we do that? By creating 1.2 million new affordable homes for low-income Californians, protecting 1 million low-income renter households from losing their homes, putting an end to homelessness for over 150,000 unhoused Californians, and closing racial equity gaps in housing and homelessness.
Can you join us on Thursday, March 25th at 12:00 pm for our virtual campaign launch? We've put together an incredible panel of experts, researchers, and advocates who can testify firsthand to the urgency of the Roadmap Home.
