Canada is amid a mental health crisis with efforts focused on fixing, not preventing the problem. Promotion and prevention efforts have been found to reduce mental health and social services over an individual’s lifetime, and we know that building coping skills early on is key to these efforts.

Join us at our Growing Strong Minds conference on Thursday, November 14th for a full day of inspiration and learn more about how you can help the children and youth in your life to build strong foundations of mental health.
