Greetings from Anabaptist Communicators!
On April 3, we held
our first Talking Heads LIVE of 2020 —
"Coronavirus and Communications"
— with
23 participants from various Canadian provinces and U.S. states who represented a range of church and nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, health and human service organizations, freelancers and more. I was grateful to hear from all who shared about what they were experiencing in
this new reality.
We're offering another opportunity for online conversation and connection facilitated by
John Longhurst
this coming
Friday, April 24, 12–1 p.m. EDT.
Even if you might be feeling "zoomed out," I encourage you to join us! This is a unique setting where you can gain insights and wisdom from fellow Anabaptist communication professionals
and share your own as well in these unpredictable times.
Please register
by 11 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday at
this link
to get the Zoom call access information. There is no charge to participate.
Praying for a strong sense of God's presence with you all throughout the challenges we are facing —
Annette Brill Bergstresser

ABOUT THE CALL
We're now weeks and months into the COVID-19 pandemic, with our experiences continually evolving. While working at home and meeting online were novel at first, it's become more challenging to stay motivated when everything requires more energy and no clear end is in sight. And depending on our workplace, some of us may still be required to work in person.
How is the pandemic affecting you as an Anabaptist communicator — and your organization? What's going well, and what isn't? What professional or personal practices are sustaining you? You're invited to connect with other communicators in an online Zoom conversation to share reflections and resources.
Join us on Friday, April 24, 12–1 p.m. Eastern Time!
