Thank you to everyone who joined us for our virtual catch up last month. It was lovely to see a mix of new and familiar faces, and to spend some time connecting with our community.
Our next Virtual Catch Up is on 18 June, 12:30–1:30pm. As always, you’re very welcome to drop in for as much or as little time as you like.
Over the summer months, we have a number of our online Learning Labs, offering space to reflect on practice, explore ideas, and learn alongside others. These Learning Labs can also contribute towards your CPD if you are planning to re-accredit this summer (or later this year), offering a simple and flexible way to support your ongoing development.
Online learning labs this summer...
This month: Facilitation Myth Busting and the Perceived Weirdness Index
21 May, 1:00–4:30pm
What assumptions do we carry about facilitation, ourselves, and others, and how might these shape our practice? In this session, we’ll explore the often unseen beliefs that influence how we show up, using the “Perceived Weirdness” index to consider how we can be most effective as facilitators and agents of change.

Next month: Safety, Learning and the Psychological Contract
25 June, 1:00–4:30pm
How do we understand and work with psychological safety in groups? This session will explore the balance between safety and challenge, and how we can respond thoughtfully to different group experiences.
This is a topic that often arises in group work on our courses, so please do consider joining us if this feels relevant to your practice and development.
