State Chamber Update
Last night Governor Carney issued a stay-at-home and closure of non-essential business order. This will take affect on Tuesday, March 24 at 8:00 am and last until May 15 or until the public health threat is eliminated. Click here for a list of essential vs non-essential businesses.

This afternoon we have a call scheduled with the Governor to discuss this order and Delaware's response to COVID-19 as a whole:

Monday, March 23 | 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Governor John Carney
Dial: 1-646-876-9923  |  Meeting ID: 534-617-3169

* Important notes:
  • Once you join the call, please mute your phone.
  • There is limited bandwidth on this call. Please consider designating only one or two representatives from your company to be on the call so as many businesses as possible are able to listen to the conversation.
  • If you have trouble getting into the call, please wait a minute and try again. We anticipate a high volume of people dialing in, which clogs up the conference line.

We also have a call scheduled for this Thursday to provide information on applying for Disaster Loan Assistance, the Hospitality Emergency Loan Program, and more. Here is the information for this call:

Thursday, March 26 | 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Damian DeStefano, Director, Delaware Division of Small Business
Dial: 1-786-535-3211   |  Meeting ID: 644-249-349
Michael J. Quaranta
President
