You may have noticed, we have been asking the same question in worship for a few weeks: “Where have you experienced God this week.” Sometimes we call these “God sightings,” a moment when you noticed something that reminds you of God. It may come in the form of a kind word from a friend or a stranger. You may experience God’s presence in nature or your own back yard. Maybe you read a posting on social media that was lifted your spirit. Perhaps you felt a sense of peace amid the storms.

When we begin to pay attention to God in the little things, the easier it becomes to see and trust God in the difficult times.

When you look back, how have you seen God acting in your life? How have you experienced God’s power and presence?

When you are asked this Sunday, “Where have you experienced God this week?” How will you answer?
