Hearing the Call

When I have my blue tooth earpiece in, it’s amazing how easily I hear all my messages coming through including all of my phone calls. The messages are hard to ignore when I have my earpiece in.

But, when I don’t…needless to say, I miss a lot of attempted communications to me. So, if I want to get a phone call, I have to be listening to hear that electronic signal coming my way.

Spiritually, the same is true if I want to hear God, I need to have my “Blue Tooth” connected to my heart. That way when He attempts to get a hold of me, He will have no problem. Staying available, moldable, and obedient to and for Him is crucial.

If we are going to Advance the Call, we must stay and be ready whenever He calls. We must be ready anytime He calls.

There are pastors, teachers, ministry leaders, church planters, and an endless list of those who God is trying to contact. Are you listening for the call? Pastors, are you preaching on “The Call”? Youth leaders, are you asking the teens about a call? Children’s workers, are you giving the kids a chance to answer the call?

“Here I am”, send me!
