Dear Class of 2022 Students and Parents,
Over the next few days, your son or daughter will receive a Jostens ring packet during homeroom at school. The Jostens ring packet is an essential piece in ordering your class ring to receive with your Class at the Ring Mass.
Jostens will host a “virtual” class ring order day via Zoom for you. They hope to make this a memory for you and one that you remember fondly. Jostens strongly encourages parents to attend the Zoom meeting along with your son or daughter.
The Jostens Zoom meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 20th. This will ensure that you receive your ring with your classmates when you celebrate the Ring Mass as members of the Class of 2022.
Some housekeeping rules to help with the Zoom Meeting:

The best device to use is a laptop for the best viewing. Other devices work, however, the laptop definitely seems to be the best device.
- Please don’t share the meeting id OR passcode on Social Media to ensure we have an uninterrupted meeting with your classmates, administration at school, and parents of rising Seniors.
- We will have everyone muted so that the call stays focused and organized.
- The “chat” feature at the bottom is the only way to communicate with the host and will be used for asking questions. The co-host will peruse the questions and consolidate them into an organized list to be answered at the end of each order section.

Please note: Students attending school on A days received their ring packets in school today. B day students will receive their ring packets on Monday. Ring packets for all-virtual students were mailed home yesterday. Extra packets are available in The Office of Student Affairs if any junior does not have one by Tuesday.
