Dear Incoming 6th Grade Families,

Thank you for joining us on this "Journey to Knighthood" as we prepare for 6th grade at Trivium Prep. In today's video, we'll hear from 6th grade P.E. teachers, Coach Cavaletto and Coach Sullenger about expectations for P.E. Families should order P.E. Uniforms by Sunday, June 15. See below for details.

We encourage you to share these videos with your student, so they can start to become familiar with Trivium Prep faculty and culture.

Ordering Now Open for 6th Grade P.E. Uniforms!

Each 6th grade student is required to have a Trivium Prep PE bag, shirt, and shorts. One set of shorts and shirt is sufficient for weekly use. The PE bag is also required for the class and is used to carry PE uniforms to and from class.

The cost for one set of the uniform, including the bag is $34. Additional uniforms may be purchased.

All pre-ordered uniforms and bags will be shipped directly to the school and handed out to students during the first week of class.

To ensure your uniform is ready for the first week of class, please order by Friday, June 13.

2025-26 Book and Supply Lists

The 2025-26 Book and Supply Lists are now available on our website!

Our first Barnes & Noble Book Fair is June 1-7, 2024 at the Barnes & Noble on Litchfield Rd. There will be a section of the store set up with consumable books for each grade level. Mention Trivium Prep at checkout and a portion of sales will benefit our school.

Student Orientation Open House - Tuesday, August 5

Mark your calendar for Trivium Prep Student Orientation Open House on Tuesday, August 5. New this year, parents will be able to come to an ‘open house’ style orientation where you will pick up your student’s schedule, tour the campus, pickup textbooks, setup their locker, and see their classrooms. Students must be in uniform and are encouraged to bring items for their locker. Orientation is for Prep parents and Prep students only. Please no immediate family members or other siblings to help reduce campus traffic. More details to follow.

New Parent Orientation - Monday, August 4

New Parent Orientation will take place on the evening of Monday, August 4. This is an opportunity for parents to learn more about the transition to Trivium Prep and ask questions. More details to follow.

Summer Programs at Trivium Prep

We are excited to offer several summer programs for incoming 6th grade students including "Prep for Prep," STEM camp, and Athletics camps. Details are below.

Please note: If this is your first student to attend Trivium Prep, you may need to create a new Configio account to register for Trivium Prep camps (separate from your Archway Configio account). You may use the same email address for both accounts.

"Prep for Prep" Optional Summer Enrichment Course

July 23-24 (Morning or Afternoon), July 28-29 (Morning of Afternoon)

This summer, we are offering an optional, two-day enrichment course to help scholars prepare for sixth grade. The course, called "Prep for Prep" will be taught by Trivium faculty and is offered in a morning or afternoon session. Scholars will feel more confident and ready for the first day of 6th grade by learning valuable skills and becoming more familiar with the campus, as well as making friends before the first day of school.

Included in the two-day course:

team building games
locker and class transition practice
finding 6th grade classrooms
study skills
coping with anxiety
building friendships
learning problem-solving skills

Due to limited availability, we will be filling our available seats on a first come, first serve basis.

Summer Enrichment STEM camp, June 9-12

Monday - Thursday, June 9-12, 8:30am - 11:30am

Grades 6-8 (incoming or outgoing)

Students will discover the wonders of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) as they partake in several science experiments and projects. Scholars will leave with exposure to physics and chemistry, learning about the engineering design process, and an appreciation for STEM!

Trivium Summer Sports Camps
