Dear Incoming 6th Grade Families,

We can't wait to welcome your students to Trivium Prep! There will be a lot of important information shared in the coming weeks, so please check your email regularly for updates. The primary method of parent communication is our weekly email, the Friday Flash. Look for this communication each Friday evening for regular school updates. Additionally, please see below for important information for 6th grade students/families.

Here is a video message from our Parent Service Organization (PSO) president, Alicia Torres. Parent involvement is such an important part of our school community and a great way to meet and connect with other Trivium families! Please watch the video below and consider ways you'd like to get involved this year. Hot lunch volunteers are especially appreciated! Look for more information and sign ups in an upcoming Friday Flash email and be sure to complete your annual Raptor volunteer clearance application.

Order 6th Grade P.E. Uniforms ASAP!

Each 6th grade student is required to have a Trivium Prep PE bag, shirt, and shorts. One set of shorts and shirt is sufficient for weekly use. The PE bag is also required for the class and is used to carry PE uniforms to and from class.

The cost for one set of the uniform, including the bag is $34. Additional uniforms may be purchased.

All pre-ordered uniforms and bags will be shipped directly to the school and handed out to students during the first week of class.

Order Uniforms from the Trivium Prep P.E. Store

If you have any questions, email Coach Sullenger or Coach Cavaletto at lsullenger@triviumprep.org | ccavaletto@triviumprep.org.

6th Grade Immunization Requirements

Parents of Rising 6th Graders:

Your child has had/or is about to have their 11th birthday, and we wanted to remind you of an important requirement in accordance with Arizona State Law (A.R.S 15-872). All students must provide proof of immunizations or a valid exemption to attend school.

It is mandatory for all students who turn 11 to receive the Meningococcal and Tdap immunizations. The Meningococcal vaccine protects against the meningitis bacteria, while the Tdap vaccine safeguards against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough).

Please schedule an appointment with your child's pediatrician during their 11th year and provide the school with an updated copy of their immunization record afterward. It's crucial to note that the State of Arizona has adjusted their compliance rules, and your child will not be compliant once they turn 12. If the school does not have proof of these immunizations or a valid exemption after your child turns 12, they will not be able to attend school per Arizona State Law.
