ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY STANDARDS UPDATED

Changes have been made to the Administrative Manual for Academic Eligibility. Click here for the updated changes to participate in athletics.

NEW FUNDING

There are several new funding sources available this Fall. Please check out the MoCAPE newsletter for details about a new round of EANS funds (available to ALL private schools – even those that took PPP2 Loans) and School Safety Grants. I would encourage ALL of you to apply for the school safety grants and any schools that did not participate in EANS 1 & 2 should plan to apply for the new EANS Funds.

Iowa Flex Benchmarks

Fall Iowa Flex Benchmark closes this Friday, September 8, 2023. Please have all your 3^rd – 8^th graders tested with their Math and Reading Iowa Flex by the close of the business on Friday, September 8th.

SCHOOL SAFETY REIMBURSEMENT GRANT PROGRAM

The grant applications are now open, with separate applications for LEAs and nonpublic schools. Completed applications are due on September 8, 2023. Award notifications will be made on or about September 29, 2023. The School Safety Grant program guidance document provides detailed information. For more information click here.
