Checking-in With Our Dreams Scholarship Winner
Abby Egland (Abby's Closet Co-Founder) had the opportunity to speak with our Dreams Scholarship winner, Lisa Amani, through a zoom interview with KATU's Wesleigh Ogle. We continue to be so impressed with this strong, resilient, driven woman! She let us know she has over $30,000 in scholarships which is awesome and so well deserved!! Her attitude is admirable during these times. Instead of sulking at home about prom and graduation being cancelled, she started a job and is working 5 days a week at Amazon trying to contribute more to her schooling in the fall and keep herself busy and productive. She is very grateful to Abby's Closet!
