Showcase Your Innovation – New for 2026!

The 2026 South Atlantic Jubilee Product Showcase offers suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers a powerful platform to reach well drillers, groundwater professionals, and industry decision-makers. This is your chance to present your products and expertise directly to the people who rely on your innovations every day.

About the Product Showcase Sessions

• Each showcase session is 90 minutes long with seating for 20-25 attendees.

• A total of six (6) sessions will be available, so space is limited! Four sessions will be offered on Saturday, July 25 and two sessions on Sunday, July 26.

• Time slots will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Submissions will be time stamped. 

• Sessions can be structured as an educational-style format, or a product demonstration or an interactive, hands-on experience for attendees.

• Exhibitors will have approximately 30 minutes before and after their session for setup and tear down.

• No continuing education credit will be offered; the focus is on product knowledge and application. There are no limitations, your product may be company and brand specific, so have fun!

Investment $250

Includes meeting room, standard A/V if needed, and promotion in the conference program.

Each company may select one time slot.  If all the time slots are not originally sold, a company may purchase additional time slots based on first come first serve.  All submissions will be date/time stamped to ensure fairness.
