Newly Adopted TR-130 Form

Dear Members,

On September 19, 2023, the Judicial Council adopted a new TR-130 form (commonly known as a “citation” or “traffic ticket”). The traffic ticket has been redesigned to reflect recent statutory changes and to improve readability. Judicial Council staff will distribute the redesigned ticket to statewide agencies. The new TR-130 will become effective January 1, 2024.
