Cool Opportunity with the BC Athletic Commissions Office (MMA, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, etc...)

The BC Athletic Commission (BCAC) is looking to expand its compliment of Room Supervisors/Inspectors to work on a casual basis for the various Professional and Amateur combative sports events held throughout the province.

This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in sharing their knowledge or learning more about professional and amateur sports events. Many of our room supervisors have gone on to be judges, referees, chief supervisors, and contracted commission operational support staff.

The room supervisor/inspector monitors the warmup area, watches the wrapping and taping of the fighter’s hands then signs off when complete, escorts the fighter to the ring, monitors the seconds at ringside, and escorts the fighters to the medical area. Training is provided and the renumeration for working the event is $100 plus meal allowance.

If you are interested please contact the Athletic Commissioners office directly via email.
