Update - San Jose Water / Connecticut Water Merger
SJW Group (NYSE: SJW), San Jose Water’s parent company, and Connecticut Water Service, Inc (NASDAQ: CTWS) have entered a definitive agreement to create the 3 rd largest investor-owned water and wastewater utility in the United States. The new company will serve more than 1.5 million people with over 700 employees across California, Connecticut, Maine and Texas. The company will continue to be headquarter in San Jose, California.
