Late June was bustling as Congregationalists gathered from near and far for our first hybrid annual meeting. While Wichita and the internet were abuzz with the conference, our retiring CFO, Dan Drea, oriented our new CFO, Cheryl Milnes, and her team to our financial procedures. On June 30, current and former staff joined Dan for a farewell lunch where we expressed gratitude, shared laughter, and even stopped at the splash park!
Board, Council, and Committee members launched their planning before we left Wichita and are finalizing schedules and exploring how to put dreams into action as we start a new program year.
And the Listening Tour is underway! I'm writing from Maine, where members of multiple churches have greeted me during worship and over delicious meals. Summer is a busy time for the NACCC!
