Archaeology Day
Saturday, July 9
10am to 2pm

Celebrate historic archaeology along the Little Bonnechere River at Family Archaeology Day.

Participate in simulated archaeological excavations where children play the role of archaeologist. At the pot-building station participants are guided through the process of creating a coil pot of their own.

The showcase will feature artifacts recovered at various local archaeological excavations over the past 20 years.

Guest presenters will share the stories of local artifacts and the people connected with them.

Fun for the whole family!
