NOW HIRING – E911 COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available (Night Shift).

Position Overview
As an E911 Communications Officer, you will:
• Answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Dispatch law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other emergency resources.
• Provide life-saving pre-arrival instructions to callers.
• Operate Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), radio systems, GIS mapping, and other public safety technology.
• Coordinate emergency communications during critical incidents and severe weather.
• Maintain accurate records and incident documentation.

• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Remain calm under pressure.
• Have strong critical-thinking and multitasking skills.
• Can operate computers and technology efficiently.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background investigation, drug screening, and interview process.
• No felony convictions.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime.
• Reliable transportation in all weather conditions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications.
