Dear Members and Friends:

I want to thank all of you for making the OPAS Independence Celebration Band Festival a huge success.  Because of your incredible support, we had a record-breaking day for ticket sales with almost 1,000 in attendance.  I am so proud of our volunteers, vendors, staff and most of all, the awesome and generous support of all of our sponsors.  None of the OPAS programming could be possible without our members and corporate sponsors and we owe them a huge debt of thanks!

I hope you are making frequent visits to the OPAS website (www.opas.org).  There are so many events to look forward to and I promise each and every one of these will be as amazing as the last one. I am excited and proud to announce our very first community concert on Thursday, September 26. We want to thank Harbor Club for opening their doors to the entire community for this very special and intimate evening featuring my dear friend and performer, Miss Lindy Gravelle. Lindy is a pianist and singer who will give you one of the most entertaining and personal shows you will ever experience. I often hear concert goers say, "I want to take her home with me!" At the beautiful setting of the newly renovated stables at Harbor Club, you will not want to miss the evening of "Music Under the Pines.
