JULY 2017
We are always thrilled to receive wedding flower donations to repurpose and those who donate are excited to have their flowers bless others.  Recently we received a note from a special bride and groom:

"Thrilled to drop off our Wequassett wedding flowers to Suzanne. She was inspiring and incredibly kind. Hats off to this wonderful organization of volunteers who break up arrangements and make tea cup bouquets to bring cheer to others. They are the definition of pure human love!!!! Thank you for all you do!   Thank you to our wedding planner for leading us to Flower Angels."   A & K

Do you have a wedding coming up here on Cape Cod? If you donate your flowers after the event, Flower Angels will pick up, repurpose and deliver beautiful kindness bouquets all across Cape Cod.  As a result of your generosity, the spirits of so many wonderful people will be lifted and you will get a tax deduction.

Check out our website www.flowerangelsusa.org for details.

A Special Mission
In  a little over three years more than 28,000 special “kindness bouquets” have been delivered to 28 nursing homes and care facilities on Cape Cod.These bouquets, and the volunteers who deliver them, provide the desperately needed love and attention to recipients of these "made with love" arrangements. The organization also provides the much-needed purpose, interaction, and confidence for  many retired, isolated, lonely seniors and adults with disabilities who work alongside volunteers to make this program blossom .

“Delivering Random acts of love...Recycling flowers...Warming hearts"... Flower Angels is a mission of love.♡

         Evening with
        Flower Angels

On Friday, June 23rd, Flower Angels hosted a very special evening at The Yarmouth House. Thanks goes to Terry Manning and her committee for planning such a fun evening. Fabulous silent and live auction items, raffles and wonderful food and drink from the Yarmouth House made for one successful and festive evening.  Of course, the goal was to raise funds to keep our doors open and our teacups full and ready to deliver.  Flower Angels is so blessed with the best army of volunteers who care so much for the important mission of love, kindness and flowers. Many, many thanks to our generous supporters who shared in this special evening.
June Happenings

      Calendar for 2018!

Our calendar for 2018 is underway, and we are again blessed to have the services of the very talented photographer Denise Barker.  Each month will feature a different Cape Cod setting from Sandwich to Provincetown, and, of course, our amazing Flower Angel volunteers.  We are aiming for a completion date of August 15th so the calendars will be ready this fall. This is a great fundraiser for Flower Angels and a very entertaining’ and fun project.

Peony Party Portrait
It is not uncommon for volunteers to enjoy social time away from the workshop.  Recently this lovely group of ladies celebrated the arrival of pink peonies at the home of one of our volunteers.  Flower Angels has become not only a volunteer commitment, but a place to make friends who share a common outlook on life!
Thinking of volunteering?  Are you mostly year round on the Cape? Come join our fun group. The requests and need for our mission of love is growing, so the bustling workshop is expanding to open an additional day.

It is not uncommon for visitors to arrive at Flower Angels on any given day, but we had some very special people arrive on Monday, June 19th. We welcomed Mr. and Mrs. Jay Kochiss from On R Way Productions  to our workshop. The couple is working on a documentary called Hope and are traveling across the country. Flower Angels was chosen to be a part of this wonderful and exciting project!  A special thanks for allowing us to use their special vehicle in our first 2018 calendar  photo shoot.
