Website terms of service & privacy policy
We are in the process of changing our AMS provider. As part of this transition, our new provider is suggesting a Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the website. Is anyone willing to share an example? And does your TOS reflect compliance with GDPR? I'm told GDPR principles are becoming the best practice.
Video production
Looking for recommendations on video production companies to produce a series of short videos, preferably with experience in producing advocacy videos.
Payroll
For those who outsource their payroll, what vendor do you use for payroll processing? Thanks in advance.

USTR seeks comments on tariffs
The United States Trade Representative (USTR) is seeking public comment on the latest round of tariffs on Chinese imports implemented by the Trump administration.  Business leaders are concerned that the trade tariff policies implemented by the Trump administration are likely to trigger a global trade war that will hit U.S. industries and consumers hard.
Coalition pushing for delay on fringe benefits
A couple of months ago, ASAE delivered a sign-on letter to the Treasury Department from close to 200 tax-exempt organizations concerned about a provision in the new tax law that taxes transportation and parking benefits provided by many employers. The fringe benefits provision removes a deduction for employer-provided benefits such as transportation, parking and on-premises athletic facilities.

ASAE and other members of the UBIT Coalition continue to urge the Treasury Department to retroactively delay implementation of a provision in the new tax law that taxes transportation and parking benefits provided by many employers.
Supreme Court upholds travel ban
The Supreme Court ruled in a 5-4 decision June 26 that President Trump has not exceeded his authority in banning travelers from certain countries in the name of national security. Lower courts had struck down each of three iterations of the president's travel ban, the first of which was announced in January 2017 at the beginning of Trump's term.
