Sleep Health Workshop

Do you have trouble sleeping?  Need something more than tips?  Healthy sleep (or lack of it) impacts our mood, our lives and even our health. This workshop uses a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to address common sleep problems that many of us suffer from. Led by Ginger Houghton, a certified therapist from Brightspot Therapy. The Friends of the Springfield Township Library are sponsoring the kids and teens summer reading programs through the purchase of book prizes, treats and super fun family events.  The Friends are a nonprofit group that is open to any who would like to participate.  The next Friends meeting is July 9th at 1:00

Teen Summer Reading

It's not too late to sign up!  Go to the library website to sign up online.  Earn entries for prize drawings every time you read a book, complete a challenge, or attend a library event!

Legends in the Sky (Must Register)

Grades 1-5 only.
Learn about some of the legends of the sky as well as the common summer constellations in the inflated planetarium that brings the wonders of the night sky indoors.  

*Kids MUST be comfortable in the dark without a parent.
