Becky Gall, Bank Midwest, The Bank will be starting the process of PPP loan forgiveness. They should be starting around the end of July.
Mike Gallagher, Wells Bank, PPP loans have dominated the banks business for the last couple of months

funerals and graveside services.
Chad Higdon, Second Harvest Food Bank, Distributions are still ongoing.
Dean VanSchoiack, VanSchoiack Realty & Auction, Dean is a candidate for 9th District Representative. The Northwest Fraternal Order of Police have given him a unanimous endorsement. He is proud to be a police supporter. Dean is concerned about schools taking resource officers out of their buildings. Dean would appreciate everyone's support on August 4th.

Dr. Eric Kurre & Brian Hansen, Savannah School District, The District has started summer school on July 6th and everything seems to be going smoothly. There will be some community meetings (dates to come) for input on how the new school year should look. He thanked the Andrew County Health Department for all their help. He also thanked Andrew County with help of COVID money. School will start August 24th.
Jayne White, Andrew County Health, Jayne introduced the Health Department's new nurse Brooke Hall. Brooke is a Savannah High School graduate.
Alyson Fisher, Alyson Fisher Brands (Fantastic Fido's & Garden Gate), She is excited to announce they have just purchased 40 acres in Andrew County for a new project. More details will come soon.
Felicia DeSpain, Andrew County Mutual Insurance, Was in attendance.
Angela Fulton, and Fulton Construction, She sells AFLAC insurance and her and her husband Chad own Fulton Construction. Fulton Construction builds new home and does septic tank installations and repairs.
Leah Garcia, Freudenthal Home Health, Was in attendance.
Jill Weaver, Rolling Hills Library, The library has been opened since the end of May. They are still doing curb side service if you don't want to come in. Masks are now required when going in to the Library.
Jan Glenn & Eleanor Cobb, Andrew County Museum , They have been open
since the end of May. They are hoping to do a one day kids outside mini camp in August.
August 18th - Ratification of the 19th Amendment that gave women the right to vote. Looking to do a Cemetery Tour in October.
Working on the programming for 2021, this is the bicentennial year for Missouri
Eleanor Cobb (curator) introduced their summer intern Emily Tobin who is attending NWMSU. Emily is working on an exhibit about Women in Andrew County.
Ken Rosenauer, The Savannah Reporter, The Savannah Reporter has been busy making sure to keep our community informed of all the latest news, this is their pride and purpose. Let them know if they can help you or your business. They have started a new feature which is a business page where they will focus on local businesses.
Darrel Butcher, is working as an Andrew County Sheriff's Deputy for the Andrew County Sheriff's Office. He is running for Andrew County Sheriff and is a life long resident of Andrew County. He has a double degree in Criminal Justice and Business with extensive auditing experience. He has been through two Law Enforcement Academies in 1986 and 2017. He is hoping to bring experience and structure to the Andrew County Sheriff's Office. He is the first ever candidate to be endorsed by the Missouri Republican Association.
Joe Hegeman, The Farmers State Bank, He is a commercial lender with the bank.
Jen Edwards, Sunshine Factory & His Princess Boutique, The Sunshine buses are up and running although there are fewer riders. Will be looking forward to getting all their riders back soon.
Cindy Esely, Andrew County Treasurer, The County has been busy with wrapping up
levy repair program. The Cares Relief Fund Money has been received.
The County received two million dollars in a matter of ten days. The money was used for the major concerns of health and education. Phase 1 was for items that were immediately needed by the Andrew County Health Department and the Savannah School District. Phase 2, is for items they will need to continue through this year. There will be other phases, with every intention to work with small businesses. There will be guidelines to follow, such as expenses not in your budget, expenses incurred because of Covid 19, and the use of PPP money. The County will have applications at the Courthouse or on their web page soon.
Leigh Spicer, The Sports Page, Anxious for school to get started this fall. Hoping business will pick up with sports. Business has been slow but hoping to return to normal.
Wakefield Hare, Greater Than Financial, He is happy to be a part of the business page with a column for The Savannah Reporter. He is a Certified Financial Planner, one of only three north of Kansas City. He focuses not only on investments but also value and planning.

Mary Ingersoll, Inspirations Dance Center and Bloom Fine Arts Preschool, Inspirations will be bringing kids back in the building next week with summer camps. The Summer and Fall enrollment has strong numbers. She is starting the Bloom Fine Arts Preschool, the school will be taught by Jessica Hoffman. Bloom is scheduled to open on July 13th for Summer School and in September for the school year.
