Meetings & Events Updates
Boston Park Plaza
• On Thursday July 22, GBCVB National Sales Manager Beth-Anne Grassa hosted a mid-summer happy hour with 8 clients, ranging from large corporate planner clients to 3rd party planners. In a lively conversation about the state of our industry, clients spoke candidly about hotel frustrations, contracts and what we can all do to be better partners. The clients were happy to hear how Boston is working with clients to bridge the gap and plan for the future.

• Earlier this month, we submitted to the Baker-Polito Administration the  Proposed Guidelines for Private Meetings, Events and Gatherings at Hotels , continuing our committed advocacy for our members to hold responsible events that serve as an economic engine for recovery.
