Brian Mooney Named Chairman of ULI San Diego-Tijuana

Urban Land Institute
’s (ULI) San Diego-Tijuana District Council has named Brian F. Mooney, FAICP, chairman of the 700-member bi-national council, which promotes responsible land use and sustainable communities in the Cali Baja mega-region. Mooney is the managing principal of the Community Planning and Sustainable Development Division at
Rick Engineering Company.
