Mark your calendar for the week of August 3rd! Don't worry if you are out of town that week - make up sessions will be available the following week at the RVAR office.
RVAR and Supra are working to ensure that the lockbox exchange is conducted with our members' safety and convenience in mind. Arrangements will be made to reduce the number of members gathered at any one time and to speed up the exchange process. A curbside option will be available at all facilities.
All active Supra lockbox holders (except Drop Ship orders over 40 boxes) received an email from "Traci Anderson" (Supra<Traci.Anderson@fs.utc.com>) on July 20th with a link to schedule your appointment during the first week of the exchange. Those links are included below as well.
Here are the basics:
Your cooperation is needed during the exchange period. Throughout the month of August, there may be listings without lockboxes. Please contact the listing agent before showing to ensure you have access.
- Supra will conduct the lockbox exchange during the week of August 3rd:
- August 3rd - 5th Holiday Inn Tanglewood, Roanoke 10AM-7PM. Click here to schedule an appointment at this location.
- August 6th Westlake Golf Club, Hardy 10AM-7PM. Click here to schedule an appointment at this location.
- If you are not available the week of August 3rd, you may exchange your lockboxes at the RVAR office during the week of August 10th 9AM-6PM
- All members with an active Supra account will exchange their current BT iBox lockboxes on a 1 for 1 basis for new BTLE iBox lockboxes (LE stands for 'low energy'). (NOTE: Members may exchange up to the number of lockboxes assigned to them in the Supra system.)
- You can authorize someone else to exchange your boxes for you. Click here for the Authorization form.
- Every effort will be made to conduct the exchange in compliance with COVID-19 guidelines.
RVAR plans to exchange all Display Keys (for either the new Xpress Key or an eKey) have been delayed. Exchanging keys takes longer and cannot be handled curbside, thus leading to the delay. Display Keys DO OPEN the new iBox BT LE lockboxes.
iPhone users will no longer need a Fob to open the new BTLE iBox. During the month of August, keep your Fob handy for access to listings as boxes are in the process of being changed.
If you have questions or need special accommodations, contact Susan Edwards, Joe Sutliff or Laura Benjamin.
