improvementRecent improvements in Wintix 6

Our programming team put on their thinking caps and made some improvements to Wintix 6.

You can read about them here. They might give you a bright idea on how to improve your box office operations!
changeWho made a change to that sale? Make sure to change the clerk, too!

Say there is a sale that has a major change in it and you need to ask a question about it. Well, you need to know who made the change first, right?

That is why there is a feature in Wintix that allows your clerks to change the name listed on the sales record to their own name, so there can be a record of who made the change.

All it takes is a simple configuration in the user permissions.
bidSold to the highest bidder!

Give your community an easy and fun way to support your organization during these difficult times.

Host an online silent auction!

Many businesses love giving to their community by donating silent auction items. And most people love how bidding on items is a fun and exciting way to support their favorites causes and organizations. It's a win-win!

Pacific Repertory Theatre in Carmel,California, inspired us with their online silent auction.

Maybe their event will give you a few good ideas of your own!

Many times, organizations also include raffle items in an auction.  Check with your state to see if you can sell them online, though. Each state is different. For example, California doesn't allow it.
donateUse Webtix to take important donations

The donations you take through Webtix are more important than ever!
Webtix makes it really easy for your patrons to donate online. Wintix also enables your box office and your development team to keep track of these donations.

Since Webtix and Wintix are fully integrated, there is no manual entry and reports are quick and easy to run.
iconA picture is worth a thousand words - and great for communicating Coronavirus info to your patrons

You'll have a lot of things to communicate to your patrons as you plan for and reopen under restricted operations.

It's easy for everyone to get information overload, but there are some easy ways to help people understand important things quickly.

Use pictures or icons.

Put them on the ticketing page of your website! Put them on a page with COVID-19 information.

Someone looking at simple pictures will understand the matter at hand right away. Do you have someone who can help you create some? Obviously, you can't use the examples above because they belong to another organization, but they are here to inspire you and show you how a simple image can convey a huge amount of information.
