Hello, and welcome to the July Cosmology of Light newsletter!

A couple of the recent newsletters have focused on unique light-based developments in the fields of quantum computation and genetics. These may seem like unrelated fields. In reality, they are tightly related through the body of Light. Light is multi-dimensional and contemplation and the active leveraging of it cannot but yield unusual results because of its very nature.

In this newsletter, I draw attention to an unexpected development spurred by the visionary Tony Hsieh that influenced the development of a joint program with Forbes, and further, to subsequently introducing executives from over 100 different companies to the use of Light to bring about organizational change!

In a Cosmology of Light, Light is in a sense the holy grail in whose substance all unification can take place because all has in fact emerged from Light.

Introducing Executives from Over 100 Companies to the Possibilities of Light
When I headed the Organizational Sciences group at Zappos, Tony Hsieh, the CEO at Zappos at the time, asked me to summarize some of my work on Light into 6 maxims for organizational change.

I ended up writing a couple of articles for Forbes related to this. The first was titled "A Radical Driver of Change for Radical Times" and introduced the first of the three maxims. The second, "The Necessity and Power of Light" concluded with the remaining maxims and the necessity and power of Light as a driver of change for radical times. Note, these articles appeared just about the time that the world entered into Lockdown.

These articles led to the inclusion of Light as an organizational development and change approach, in a larger Forbes program that I had designed and co-delivered with Forbes.

On a separate note, I was recently interviewed by Dian Kiser from CalmUnity Global Internet Radio. We spoke about Light and the Cellular Level and I offered perspectives on both the macro and micro dynamics of Light.
