How to Make: Grilled Peaches and Vanilla Ice cream:

  • Slice your peaches in half
  • On a paper plate or flat surface, pour sugar (any kind) onto the surface evenly
  • Take your peach and press into the sugar flat side down
  • Continue until you finish with all your peach halves
  • Turn on your grill and set the peaches flat side down
  • Wait until the sugar crystalizes and you see grill marks
  • Scoop some vanilla ice cream into a bowl, add your grilled sugar-y peach, and enjoy!
  • You can also put your grilled peach halves into the freezer to let them harden before eating with ice cream
