2021 PTG Council Meeting The PTG Council of Delegates will meet for their 2021 annual meeting on Tuesday, August 3. All members in good standing are invited to observe the meeting. The meeting is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. You’ll be able to view the meeting online and we will post a direct link on PTG-L nearer to the time of the meeting.   Has your chapter selected a Council delegate to represent you at the annual meeting? Delegate forms must be sent to [email protected] prior to the meeting. Download a form.   Call for 2022 Anaheim, CA Institute Class Proposals Planning for PTG's 2022 Convention and Technical Institute has already begun. We are seeking class proposals for the August 3 - 6 Technical Institute at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. The overall theme is Accuracy, Competency, and Efficiency. If you have class ideas, this is your time to step up and share your knowledge. Click on the Class Proposal Form to submit your class idea. Proposals are due by September 1. Whether you wish to be totally safe touching up edges, light scratches, and small defects, or you are ambitious enough to take on a lacquer or polyester fill repair, discover how you can add more income to your service calls. Presented by Mike Ello, RPT. Mike has been a professional piano technician since 1981 with over 30 years of experience touching up lacquer and polyester finishes on pianos. PTG and NAMM Partner for 2022 PTG is pleased to announce we’ve again partnered with the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) and will offer PTG members a discounted registration fee to attend the 2022 NAMM show in Anaheim, CA January 20-23. More details and information will be available in upcoming issues of the PTG E-News.

If you respond to posts using your email, you will now be required to log in first. PTG Committee Positions Available Make a difference in your organization by volunteering for a PTG committee. PTG Green Initiative As adopted in 2005, the Council Book of Resolutions states, "Home Office and PTG membership shall be environmentally aware." Over the last year, the HO has been working towards eliminating the printing and mailing of such things as newsletters, supplements, invoices, and monthly statements. Please update your profile online or contact the HO if we do not have your current contact information. Click on Public Profile under your Contact Details to update your information.
