Digital Literacy Increases Across SC
Palmetto Care Connections (PCC) has trained more than 300 South Carolina residents, including senior citizens, on how to use a digital device on a beginner level. In the training participants learn about telehealth, email, Google applications, and more! This month PCC will travel to Marion and Hampton counties for training. Jessica Samuel
Digital Literacy Analyst

Jessica Samuel joined the PCC Team as the Digital Literacy Analyst. In her role, she will assist with enrollment, training, and evaluation for the Digital Literacy Program.

Jessica is a graduate of Claflin University and brings several years of organizational experience to the team.
Jenna Still
Executive Assistant

Jenna Still joined the PCC Team as the Executive Assistant. As the Executive Assistant, Jenna will work closely with PCC's Chief Executive Officer.

Jenna is a graduate of Midlands Technical College with a significant amount of administrative experience to the team.

Internet Survey
Consumers who do not have access to internet service to their homes or business can voluntarily complete the “I Need Internet” survey created by The South Carolina Office of Regulatory Staff (ORS).
SCTA Strategy Series:
Service Extension
The objective of Service Extension telehealth programs is for all citizens of South Carolina to have equitable access to ambulatory care. Telehealth modalities will be used in the ambulatory setting to extend the reach of services that would otherwise be limited by travel and related barriers to care.
