Frequently Asked Questions

1) Why can’t I register for a virtual SCTS 4.0 Evaluator training that is posted on the Effectiveness Professional Learning webpage and Effectiveness Professional Learning Memo? Training dates with registration at full capacity are removed from the drop-down menu. You may reach your district’s assigned Regional Effectiveness Associate or Faye Colley at fcolley@ed.sc.gov, to be added to the waitlist for training dates with full registration.   2) How can a former District ADEPT Coordinator, rehired as district consultant, have continued access to SCLead.org? The former District ADEPT Coordinator should be under the district’s Administration Not Evaluated Staff List. Request your assigned Regional Effectiveness Associate to give that person ADEPT Rights in SCLead.org.

PADEPP

PADEPP evaluations and annual assurances must be submitted by September 1, 2022. If you need assistance, please contact Dr. Vicki Traufler at vtraufler@ed.sc.gov. If you have new principal evaluators that need PADEPP evaluator training, please contact Dr. Traufler asap. There are a few slots available for August 23, 2022.
