Join our Boot Camp Challenge to see where you would stand in basic training! Your challenge will be to complete the Army Physical Fitness Test. The test consists of a one mile run for time, total push- ups completed in one minute and total sit-ups completed in one minute. All three activities must be completed in the same workout, you have July 12th-15th to complete it! There will be a tracker sent out to record your times, then Hope will calculate your score using the APFT calculator. There will be one male and one female winner, Good Luck!
To keep things consistent and fair please read the following:
Sit-ups must be full sit-ups NO crunches.
If you need help with timing or rep count, Hope is here to help
Push-Ups must be on toes
Run can be inside on a treadmill or outside
Sign up deadline: July 11th
Results due: July 15th at the end of the day
