How to let patrons pick their performances
when buying a flex pass online
Flex pass buyers have the freedom of choice to decide when they want to attend the performances they want to see.

Why not let them pick the show dates themselves while they buy online, rather than spending time calling your box office and having you do it for them?

Run a spreadsheet of subscribers to send out renewals
When it's time to reach out to your subscribers for their season renewal, you want to quickly create a list with all the information you need for your campaign.

You can run a spreadsheet that has their contact info, how many tickets they bought, and the total sales amount.

You can add a special price or complimentary tickets while you are doing a general admission sale

You know that you can sell specially priced seats or offer comp tickets for a performance that has reserved seating.

But did you know you can add comp or special price tickets when selling general admission tickets?

Center Stage Software recently released a new Wintix update that contains a lot of elements. Here are some highlights.
Reports
  • Removed a diagnostic message when getting a daily sales report.
  • Daily sales report for 1 clerk not adding an extra date to report.
  • The list of clerks in the What Shows report populates accurately.
Scanning
  • Exchanging seats creates a new bar code so original tickets can't be re-used.
Sales
  • Payment type dropdown menu displays consistently and accurately when changing seats during sale.
  • When selling a GA ticket that has no dollar value, Wintix skips the payment tab and goes directly to the Sale Summary tab.
  • When doing a general admission sale, Wintix checked for a seating chart. When it found no seating chart, it would generate an error and quit.
Center Stage Software is considering selling tickets without stubs.
