July Social Media Toolkit:

This month, SCORE is spotlighting resources to support rural entrepreneurs and offering volunteer opportunities for experienced rural business owners. We have created this toolkit for Social Media Chairs to help promote this campaign to their local online communities.  

 

This toolkit serves as a resource guide for participating chapters to promote SCORE services, highlight success stories from rural-owned businesses and spread the word about the resources available to help these entrepreneurs thrive! This collection of materials includes a combination of graphics, articles, events, templates and even suggested copy to use throughout the month of July on your chapter’s channels.

Workshop Boosting Pilot Coming Soon


In our June webinar, we announced the launch of the Workshop Boosting Pilot. This pilot aims to quantify the impact of a Facebook content boost for the final week leading up to a local workshop. The ten participating chapters have been selected and will receive individual communications with next steps this week! We are so excited about this project and look forward to updating you on its progress soon.

New and Improved Social Media Support Center


We have implemented some exciting changes to the Social Media Support Center and want to invite you to check them out. You will find this section of the support center has been reorganized for a more streamlined user experience and updated with new features like a Frequently Asked Questions section, a new Video Training Library and more! Live Training: How to Use Success Story Templates in SOCi


Our June SOCi Tip of the Month was a step-by-step demonstration on how to use Success Story Templates in SOCi. We learned through our recent Success Story Pilot that client success story posts on social media are a quick win when it comes to generating engagement! This 10-minute training walks you through the process of turning your chapter's unique success stories into social media content utilizing our new SOCi templates.

Resources for End-of-Year Budget Planning


We officially only have one quarter left to spend any funds allocated to this fiscal year. Because of this, Q4 is often our highest volume period of optional, paid social media advertising campaign opt-ins! Be proactive: Explore our campaign options for client generation, workshop promotion, volunteer recruitment and more, and opt-in sooner rather than later for shorter lead times and maximum optimization.
