Out With The Old

MLS Bids Farewell to AnswerLink, Chat & GoMLS

This month we say goodbye to AnswerLink MLS Tech Support (866-526-2150) and Chat Support provided by our MLS system (Matrix); both services will be discontinued effective July 31, 2023. After thoughtful consideration, the board has decided not to renew these services based on the low level of member utilization.

GoMLS, our current MLS app will be discontinued at the end of August. MLS GoMLS will be replaced with MLS Touch, the new MLS app for Matrix. MLS Touch is set to launch August 22, giving all GoMLS user a full week to transition from Go to Touch. Please keep an eye on your inbox for more information coming soon!

Introducing OneHome and MLS Touch

In August we we will be launching two new products, OneHome and MLS Touch! Experience a more intuitive and modern client collaboration with OneHome and MLS Touch.

OneHome, the new client portal for Matrix, will keep you at the heart of your clients' home search. They'll have exclusive access to rich property data, neighborhood insights, location scores, school boundaries, and more. It's the perfect invitation-only tool to enhance the home buying and selling experience.

Take your real estate business on-the-go with MLS Touch, the mobile MLS App for Matrix! Stay seamlessly connected to critical listing data, tax information, and client activities wherever you are. It's like having an extension of our MLS right in the palm of your hand!

These two new upgrades include integration for effortless efficiency between Matrix, OneHome, and MLS Touch; contacts, favorites, and saved searches will automatically sync. Plus, enjoy the added benefit of personalized branding with your own branded app that carries over to OneHome!
