It's Hurricane Season until November! Here is a checklist to help make sure your senior loved one's are prepared in case of an emergency!

July is UV Safety Awareness Month! Summer is in full swing, be safe outside. UV rays from the sun causes more than just sunburns, it can also lead to skin cancer. If you notice large, irregular shaped moles, check with your dermatologist just to be safe and always wear Sun Screen if you are going to be outside for extended periods of time!

Below is a chart of normal moles vs melanoma (skin cancer). Remember to never self diagnose and always check with your doctor if you have any concerns with your health!
