Turnaround of Park City's Talisker Club
makes it one of the Most Successful Private Club's in the West
___________
During its tenure of ownership between 2001 and 2015, the previous owner of Park City’s Talisker Club (the “Club”) promised its members a number of new and expanded amenities that were ultimately never delivered. In addition to unfulfilled assurances of, among other things, a golf clubhouse, an on-mountain private restaurant and an expansion of the Tower Club, residential development came to a halt at the start of the recession in 2008, stalling the progress of Tuhaye’s residential neighborhoods of King’s Light, Lone Peak, Whispering Hawk and Moondance. By the time Storied Development acquired the real estate and the Club in 2018, only the golf clubhouse and the first phase of the Tower Club expansion had been completed.

Since 2018, Storied Development has fulfilled many of the promises made by the previous owner – and committed more than $330 million in development and construction funding. The completion of new and expanded amenities and real estate offerings include the expansion of the Tower Club, a second pool facility at Tuhaye, the family-oriented Moondance Park, the luxury ski-in, ski-out condos of The Residences at The Tower, and development of the King’s Light, Lone Peak, Whispering Hawk and Moondance residential neighborhoods.

In addition, a wide variety of new amenities and neighborhoods at Talisker Club are currently under development or coming soon, including a par-3 short course with a Golf Pavilion, pickleball and tennis courts, an Adventure Camp, the Hoodoo Pavilion view deck, the ski-in, ski-out casual dining venue of Hot Creek Cabin, and the new residential neighborhoods of Dancing Sun, Cougar Moon, Painted Bluff and Indi Ridge.
