As we celebrate Disability Pride Month, we honor the history, achievements, and contributions of individuals with disabilities. This month provides us with an opportunity to promote visibility, amplify voices, and gain a deeper understanding of the disability community's experiences and perspectives. We also invite in this opportunity to emphasize the importance of inclusion, accessibility, and equality in all areas of life.
This year, we dedicate our July Diversity Awareness Newsletter to learning more about disabilities in the workplace and how to become better allies. To support this, we highlight several workshops and webinars centered around the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), invisible disabilities and the critical need for accessibility. Join us in recognizing and supporting the incredible contributions of people with disabilities by participating in these insightful events and deepening our capacity to create an inclusive environment for all.
