Yesterday we celebrated our new health center and administrative headquarters at One Hope Street with a Ribbon Cutting program, tours, and food from local Bristol restaurants. We are so grateful to our partners, funders, donors, friends, and volunteers for making this dream a reality. We can't wait to open our doors in August!

Backpacks for School-Aged Children

Available in August

The beginning of the school year is right around the corner, and we're starting to help our families prepare! Beginning in August, our child and adolescent patients at our Family Health & Wellness Centers can get a free backpack and school supplies!

Kids Cooking and Nutrition Classes are Back in Session

Thanks to the generous support from the Corsini and Brantner Families, we can continue to offer free pediatric cooking and nutrition classes. Jessica Masterson, RDN, CDEN, CDCES, Wheeler's registered dietitian nutritionist, shared how to prepare delicious summer berry recipes during the first class this season.

Mobile Food Pantry at New Britain's

Family Health & Wellness Center

Our Family Health & Wellness Center in New Britain hosted a Connecticut Foodshare mobile pantry at 40 Hart Street and served 116 people. Many thanks to South Church, New Britain, for our amazing partnership and your wonderful volunteers! Throughout the summer, our mobile pantry will be offered bi-weekly at this location.
