Dear Jason,

We hope this newsletter finds you well! July 2024 has been a month of great excitement and anticipation here at Prismo Metals, and we're eager to share our latest successes and upcoming milestones with you.

We are thrilled to announce that after much hard work and collaboration, we have secured the drilling permit for our Hot Breccia copper project in Arizona! This is a major achievement for our team, and we're excited to initiate a 5,000-meter drilling program that will allow us to test high-potential targets at the property, including the large ZTEM anomaly identified in 2023. Our President, Steve Robertson, shares our enthusiasm, noting, "Getting the permit approval to proceed with this important drill program is a defining event for Prismo Metals. This 5,000-meter program will provide critical information on the vectoring needed to lead us to the heart of yet another mineralizing system in one of the most prolific copper districts on the planet."

The recent surge in copper prices and industry forecasts of tightening supply [read more] further underscore the significance of securing the Hot Breccia drilling permit. This timely approval allows us to capitalize on the favorable market conditions as we advance this promising copper project.

Meanwhile, we're collaborating closely with our strategic partner, Vizsla Silver (TSXV: VZLA), to finalize preparations for drilling at our Palos Verdes project in Mexico. Our crew will mobilize on site on August 5th and anticipate commencing the drilling program soon after. We are further encouraged by Vizsla's recent positive Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) on their Panuco project which shows strong economics. These results strengthen our confidence in the mineral potential of the region as we prepare to drill test our own targets at depth at Palos Verdes.

In addition to Hot Breccia and Palos Verdes, we're continuing to advance our Los Pavitos project in Sonora, Mexico. We're excited about the potential we've identified so far and look forward to sharing further updates as exploration progresses.

Our recent roadshows in Europe and Canada were met with strong investor interest. We had productive meetings in Frankfurt, Munich, and Zurich, followed by successful engagements in Montreal and Quebec City. We were thrilled with the positive response and see it as a strong endorsement of our projects and their potential. Check out the photos from the roadshow below!

With the Hot Breccia permit secured and drilling programs at both Palos Verdes and Hot Breccia on the horizon, and continued exploration at Los Pavitos, the second half of 2024 promises to be a period of significant activity and discovery for Prismo Metals. We're confident that our upcoming programs across all our projects will generate valuable results, advancing our understanding of their potential.

We extend our sincere thanks to our shareholders for your ongoing support and commitment. Your support is crucial to our exploration efforts, and we are committed to providing regular updates on our progress.

Stay tuned for more exciting news and updates by following us on social media.

Warm regards,

Alain Lambert

Hot Breccia (Copper Project, Arizona, USA)

  • Drilling Permit Secured: With the drilling permit secured, the Hot Breccia copper project is set to advance with a 5,000-meter diamond drilling program consisting of five holes, each targeting a depth of 1,000 meters.

  • Encouraging Results from Sampling Program: Hot Breccia hosts hydrothermal breccia pipes originating from at least 1 km depth. These pipes incorporate a wide range of wallrock fragments, including a fragment of mineralized magnetite skarn that assayed 5.69% copper, 0.24 g/t gold, and 32.8 g/t silver.  See our March 26, 2024 news release for more details.

  • Identification of a Large Conductive Anomaly: Our recent ZTEM geophysical survey has revealed a significant conductive feature adjacent to historical drilling, indicating a potential porphyry-skarn mineralized center similar to Resolution. The Resolution deposit, located 40 km from the Hot Breccia project, is one of the greatest copper discoveries of modern times. We engaged ExploreTech's xFlare AI technology to optimize our drill plan for this target and pinpoint where and at what depth to drill. See our March 4, 2024 news release for more details.

Palos Verdes (silver, Sinaloa, Mexico)

  • Drilling Funds Secured, Preparing to Mobilize: With funding secured, we are getting ready to mobilize the drilling equipment at Palos Verdes for our summer drilling program. Our crew will be on site August 5th and anticipate commencing the drilling program soon after. See our July 31, 2024 news release for more details.

  • Expanded Drilling Program: The expanded drilling program will consist of approximately 3,600 meters across ten holes, to be completed in two phases. The new holes will be drilled from Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSXV: VZLA) concessions adjacent to the Palos Verdes concession, targeting the Palos Verdes vein at depth. See our February 6, 2024 news release for more information.

  • Positive Alteration Study & Geochemical Sampling: In preparation for the upcoming drilling, we conducted an alteration study & geochemical sampling. Findings indicate the potential for the mineralized shoot, previously defined by drilling on the west side of the property, to be truncated and offset downward along a cross fault, and that a second blind mineralized shoot may exist to the northeast along the Palos Verdes vein.
